SILVER CITY ? Pickamania!, a bluegrass festival, is the latest in Silver City's growing list of musical events. Staged by the Mimbres Region Arts Council, the event will feature 10 groups from across America who will entertain spectators with bluegrass, folk and Americana music on Sept. 13 to 14.
